Rust College Athletics Announces the Relaunch of the Rust College Athletics Hall of Fame

The last Hall of Fame class was inducted in 2009, making this relaunch a pivotal moment to reestablish a tradition of excellence and reconnect with alumni, community supporters, and fans.
"This relaunch is about more than just honoring great teams and individuals. It's about shrining the rich history of Rust College Athletics, celebrating our legacy, and reuniting the Rust College family," said Jeremy Patterson, Director of Athletics. "By recognizing the legends of our past, we inspire future generations to carry on the tradition of greatness."
Rust College has a storied athletic history that includes:
  • 1977 NAIA Men's Basketball National Championship
  • 1984 NAIA Women's Basketball National Championship
  • GCAC Women's Basketball Tournament Championships from 2022 to 2024
  • 2023 GCAC Baseball Regular Season Champions
As the College looks ahead, the Hall of Fame will not only commemorate past glory but also serve as a platform to engage the broader community and alumni network through shared celebration and pride.
