Williams brings over 20 years of coaching experience and a proven record of developing championship-caliber athletes at both the high school and collegiate levels.
HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. – Rust College is proud to welcome Damien Brigham as the new Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field Coach. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Brigham brings a wealth of experience and a proven record of developing elite athletes at every level of competition.
The Rust College cross country programs each crossed the finish line in sixth place at the annual GCAC Championships inside Oakville Indian Mounds Park on Friday morning as the men bested both the Virgin Islands and Fisk while the women placed ahead of Fisk as well.
The Rust College cross country programs went approximately 30 miles east for its latest meet on Saturday morning, running the 5k (women) and 8k (men) on the campus of Blue Mountain Christian University.
The Rust College cross country programs made the short trek north once again on Saturday, competing in the annual Rhodes Invitational at Shelby Farms.
The Rust College cross country programs got their campaigns underway late Saturday evening at the annual Memphis Twilight Classic.
