Rust College’s Lauren Warr Named to Preseason All-HBCUAC Women’s Cross Country Team

 
Warr earned the recognition after establishing herself as one of the top runners in the conference last season. Her consistency, endurance, and competitive drive made her a key leader for the Lady Bearcats, and she now enters the 2025 campaign as one of the athletes to watch in the HBCUAC.
 
"We are extremely proud of Lauren and the work she continues to put into her training and performance," said Head Coach Damien Brigham. "She sets the tone for our team both on and off the course, and this honor is a reflection of her commitment to excellence."
 
Warr and the Lady Bearcats are preparing for another strong season as they compete against some of the region's best programs. With Warr leading the way, Rust College Cross Country looks to make a significant impact in conference meets this fall.
