Bio

Kyle Moten currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance at Rust College. A proud alumnus of Lane College, Moten earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and has carried his lifelong passion for athletics into his professional career. A former three-sport athlete and collegiate player, he brings energy, communication skills, and optimism to the Bearcat athletic department.

Outside of his role at Rust College, Moten is dedicated to his faith and to being a father to his daughter, Jade. He is also an avid runner, having completed four major races, and continues to embrace the sport as a beloved hobby. In addition, he enjoys movies, music across all genres, and exploring diverse cuisines.

Moten is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated and approaches life with a sense of adventure and presence. He lives by the motto: “Life isn’t measured in minutes, but in moments.”
