Bio

Adrian Thomas Jr. currently serves as the Sports Information Director at Rust College. He brings a wealth of experience in marketing, branding, and collegiate athletics operations to the Bearcats athletic department. Thomas is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in Sport Management.

With over a decade of experience in the marketing industry, Thomas has worked with both established companies and startups, specializing in event coordination and brand enhancement strategies. He previously served as an NIL Sports Marketing Consultant with TLS Talent Agency, where he acted as a liaison between athletes and multiple brand franchises, stakeholders, vendors, and agencies. In this role, he helped secure sponsorship opportunities by creating player-specific media kits and facilitating partnerships that advanced athlete branding in the NIL era.

Beyond his professional career, Thomas is passionate about community engagement and youth development. He has been actively involved with multiple local and national mentorship programs, believing strongly in investing in the next generation of leaders.

Thomas is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. Grounded in the belief that everything happens for a reason, he approaches each day with the mindset of living life to the fullest.
