  • Campbell rewarded Head Coach John Bates' faith in him by baffling the Knights all morning long, yielding just one earned run and three total by scattering six hits plus a walk over nine innings in addition to racking up four punchouts.

 

  • Olin Evans logged both a double and a single in four at-bats with each driving in a run on top of calling the beautiful ballgame from behind the dish.

 

  • JaShaun Franks was the other player with a multi-hit day, going 2-for-5 (.400), stealing the team's one base and scoring once.
