HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. – The Rust College men's basketball program received 23 points from Omar Gardner and Wesley Anderson in an 84-64 setback versus Tougaloo.
Gardner topped the Blue and White in points (12), rebounds (5), and steals (3) while shooting 45.5% from the field (5-of-11) plus an assist.
Anderson was the other Bearcat to cross the ten-point threshold, tallying 11 with a tied for club-best three assists.
Keshon Tabb and Jordan Watkins co-led the unit in assists (3) and steals (3), respectively, while contributing 11 points plus eight boards combined as well.
Rust College's next challenge will be hosting Fisk on Monday, February 14 at 7 p.m. in the McMillan Center.
