Bearcats’ Season Ends In Overtime Heartbreaker

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Rust College men's basketball program saw its season come to an end in gut-wrenching fashion Friday night, falling 77-74 in overtime against Edward Waters in the GCAC Quarterfinals.

Keshon Tabb saved his best performance for last, logging his first career double-double with 13 points and a game-high ten rebounds on top of a game-best four assists, two steals and a 5-for-11 (45.5%) shooting night.

Malik Anderson led the Blue and White in scoring at 16 points while contributing six boards as well.

Jordan Watkins put ten on the board for the good guys and Omar Gardner stepped up on the defensive end with a game-high four steals.

Terrell Jennings and Devante Lanier had the same exact stat line, both producing ten points and five rebounds for Coach Stephen's ballclub.
