Hot Shooting Stillman Torches Bearcats

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Rust College men's basketball program could not slow down a white-hot shooting effort from the hometown Tigers, falling 100-83.

Keshon Tabb was fabulous on the evening, fronting the Bearcats with 17 points and swiping a game-best six steals along with three rebounds plus an assist.

Davonte Craven put ten points on the board over 24 minutes of action, rejecting a contest-high three shots plus four boards, a steal, and an assist.

Catthadious Moore was a perfect 5-for-5 from the floor en route to an 11-point showing, tying for the Bearcat lead in rebounds with five, same as Kris Huntsman.

Keron Williams was the fourth double-digit scorer for Coach Poindexter's squad, putting ten points on the board on top of a pair of steals.

The men from Holly Springs will have a pair of exhibitions coming up at Nicholls (Sunday at 2 p.m.) and versus Holy Patriot (Tuesday at 7 p.m.) before opening up conference play to kickoff the new calendar year at Tougaloo on January 7 (5 p.m.)
