LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Rust College men's basketball program had three separate student-athletes record double-doubles in a contest that needed extra time to decide the outcome as the Buffaloes from ABC captured the victory over the Blue and White during a 69-68 seesaw battle.

Rust Top Performers: 

 

  • Jordin Jackson had the less common double-double consisting of points and assists, tallying 12 of the former plus ten of the latter on top of five rebounds.

 

  • Catthadious Moore claimed both a dozen rebounds (game-high) and points to put together another double-double on 6-of-11 (54.5%) shooting.

 

  • The third and final player with double-double vision was Xavier Evans, logging 11 points and 11 boards in addition to a pair of dimes.

 

  • Khalil Brown led the Bearcats in scoring with a solid 16 courtesy of six buckets while Keron Bailey was the most productive reserve on the evening by contributing seven points as well as four rebounds in just 16 minutes.
