TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The #6 seed Rust College men's basketball program led the #3 seed Talladega Tornadoes as late as ten minutes left in regulation before their grasp began to slip as they eventually bowed out of the GCAC Tournament by a 67-60 margin.

  • Keron Bailey stole a contest-best three balls on top of a dozen points while Kalub Hunt poured in a solid 15 points on five long range buckets to front the bench production for the Bearcats.

 

  • Xavier Evans was the final student-athlete of note, grabbing seven boards to lead either side in addition to eight points and a 66.7% (4-of-6) field goal percentage.
