Lady Bearcats Sink Pilots, Improve To 4-0 With 74-57 Triumph
HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. – The Rust College women's basketball program held onto a slim five-point margin at the start of the fourth quarter but pulled away in the final frame, using a 23 to 11 run over the final ten minutes to remain unbeaten with a 74-57 victory over LSU Shreveport on Thursday evening.

- Musharapha Alhassan had a night to remember, going a perfect 5-for-5 with a 14-point, 10-rebound double-double along with two blocks in just 20 minutes off the bench.
- Blesseth Dillingham was basically an automatic assist every time she touched the rock, logging an amazing nine helpers plus six boards and a trio of steals.
- Diamond Sweats was held in check by her standards so far in 2023-24 yet still dominated, notching 12 points and nine rebounds on top of two assists / steals.
- Niya McGuire dropped 12 points, Ahmari Young put up nine points, Shuntorri Rodgers and Karyn Ford each posted eight points, and Taniah Bowers went for seven.
