HENDERSON, Tenn. – The Rust College volleyball program made the long journey back from the southern part of Florida and might have had to fight with fatigue on top of a quality home squad in the FHU Lions, struggling to gain any traction as they fell victim to a sweep.

• Paige Eason and Deja Campbell provided a majority of the production on the evening, contributing nine of the club's 14 kills (64.3%) as well as a dozen digs.

• Nyah Mason logged five assists, three digs, and a pair of service aces for the team's most all-around contribution while Saraih Taylor matched Mason's team-high for assists plus Markeoni Thomas throwing in the Cats' lone block.

• Formerly a tri-match and now a single game, the Blue and White will have one more road contest on Wednesday afternoon at Northwest Mississippi Community College before getting to play inside the W.A. McMillan Center for the first time in the 2023 regular season on Friday night.
