LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Rust College volleyball program hit .381 in the first set and .407 with 14 kills in the final set to lift the Lady Bearcats to its first conference victory, 3-1, for its first ever win over Wiley.

Rust Top Performers:

 

  • Deja Campbell capped off the weekend with a season-best 12 kills and 14 points, recording seven digs as well while hitting .273.

 

  • Markeoni Thomas also was efficient with her swings, going for a season-high seven kills on just 11 attempts (.455).

 

  • Gabriella Gabriels logged a half-dozen kills and eight digs, Paige Eason had a flipped stat line of eight kills and six digs, and Annie Narvaez went for a trio of service aces plus an even dozen digs.
