Fisk Takes Match From Rust In Straight Sets
HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. – The Rust College volleyball program came up on the short end of the scoreboard on Friday evening, dropping their match with Fisk University in a sweep.

Rust Top Performers:
- Jamika Coleman led the offense, notching a team-high eight kills (2.67 p/s) in addition to five digs (1.67 p/s) and a block assist (0.33 p/s).
- Coleman accounted for 8-of-14 kills versus the Bulldogs, which made up 57.1% of the entire production.
- Gabriella Gabriel was the only other Bearcat to notch multiple kills, clubbing three.
- Paige Eason had a solid defensive day, averaging three digs per set for a squad-most nine.
- Markeoni Thomas lived above the net and sent four attacks hurtling back towards the hardwood to lead all participants and Saraih Taylor secured 11 assists (3.67 p/s) as well as five digs (1.67 p/s).
