Lady Bearcats Reach 20th Win With Ease
HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. – The Rust College women's basketball program has crossed the 20-win plateau for the fifth consecutive season, with the exception of the pandemic shortened year, easily achieving that with a wire-to-wire win over Wiley University on Thursday evening.

Rust Top Performers:
- Blesseth Dillingham, not usually known for buckets, put double-figures in the points category for the first time at Rust, recording 11 in addition to a contest-most five assists.
- Niya McGuire was the contest's highest scorer at 12 points, logging five rebounds and going 6-of-11 (54.5%) during a 25-minute appearance.
- Musharapha Alhassan was the top rebounder, hauling down 11 boards on top of nine points with six of those coming on the offensive glass.
- Karyn Ford also went for a bunch of rebounds (10) to go along with seven points and Diamond Sweats traded her offense for a more defensive approach against the Wildcats as she swiped five steals, one less than the visitors did as a team.
